Charlie grew up in Wilmington and attended Wilmington Public Schools. Charlie and his wife, Deb reside in Wilmington and have two children.
Their son Matthew lives in Washington, D.C.
Daughter Kristen and her husband, David Melvin also live in Wilmington along with their daughters, Abby and Alexis. In addition to being active with family, Charlie enjoys a passion for golf as well as all of New England’s professional sports teams. Charlie has been active in fund raising for various events and organizations, in particular, the Massachusetts Arthritis Foundation and the Linda Peters Scholarship Foundation.
